HOW THE CRUI READINESS REVIEW WORKS
01 PREPARE — Agreed scope, institutional focal point, authorised roles, confidentiality boundaries, and available evidence.
02 ASSESS — Authorised reviewers examine the agreed domains against available institutional evidence.
03 VALIDATE — Findings are tested through human review for evidence support, clarity, feasibility, and institutional relevance.
04 REPORT — Approved findings are translated into leadership-facing CRUI Readiness Review outputs.
05 ROADMAP — Practical 90-day improvement priorities and next steps are defined within the institution’s own governance.

MATURITY AND FUTURE PATHWAYS
Annual readiness reviews may follow where institutional demand, evidence continuity, and reviewer consistency mature. Charter-readiness may be supported only under separate criteria, governance, and approval. Consent-based benchmarking or index development may develop only through verified comparable evidence, mature methodology, legal readiness, partnerships, and institutional consent. Recognition or ranking is not a current offer and may be explored only if evidence, governance, methodology, legal readiness, partnerships, and institutional consent mature.
OPTIONAL FIELD LEARNING CONTINUITY
Validated CRUI findings may identify material access, connectivity, or minimum-continuity gaps. Optional Field Learning Continuity support may then be separately scoped, supplier-neutral, and institutionally controlled. It is not automatic, not part of scoring, and requires separate scope, technical/safety validation, agreement, and procurement.
