AHDÜM Education Resilience Metrics is a Türkiye-based organization developing institutional pathways for education resilience. It translates documented knowledge and tested practice into governed pathways that universities can apply, evidence, improve, and sustain.

THE AHDÜM MODEL
AHDÜM connects four interdependent dimensions. Continuity becomes sustainable institutional capability only when it is supported by governance, authorised evidence, and disciplined improvement.

The model serves institutional decision-making; it does not replace authorised evidence, human validation, or institutional consent.
TRACEABLE FOUNDATIONS
AHDÜM’s architecture is grounded in published foundations, Gaza teaching-continuity practice, the Crisis-Infostructure Model, peer-reviewed P4ES evidence, verified external recognition, and accumulated design learning. CRUI-specific evidence is built separately through permissioned institutional reviews, human validation, and institutional approval.

INSTITUTIONAL BY DESIGN
AHDÜM institutionalises methodology and critical delivery capability through documented methods, controlled repositories, authorised roles, training, delegated authority, versioned systems, succession, and tested handover. Technology may support organisation and drafting; authorised people validate evidence, approve findings and recommendations, and release final outputs.
Traceability
Sources, permissions, decisions, and outputs remain connected and reviewable.
Human accountability
Authorised people retain responsibility for validation, judgement, approval, and release.
Institutional consent
Evidence use, public communication, and external recognition follow agreed institutional permissions.
Continuity beyond any individual
Knowledge, roles, systems, and recovery arrangements are documented so capability can be sustained and transferred.
GOVERNED MATURITY
AHDÜM’s institutional horizon is a staged maturity pathway, not a list of simultaneous products. The current university-facing offer is the private CRUI Readiness Review. Any later stage depends on mature evidence, comparability, governance, legal readiness, partnerships, and institutional consent.
CRUI Readiness Review
A private, evidence-led review that supports institutional decision-making and practical improvement.
Annual Readiness Reviews
May follow as evidence continuity, reporting consistency, reviewer calibration, and institutional demand mature.
Charter-Readiness
May be supported by validated review evidence under separate criteria, governance, and approval.
Consent-Based Benchmarking and Index Development
May develop through verified comparable evidence, mature methodology, legal readiness, partnerships, and institutional consent.
Recognition or Ranking
May be explored only when evidence volume, comparability, governance, methodology, legal readiness, partnerships, and institutional consent are mature.
Separate practical pathway: Validated CRUI findings may lead to optional, supplier-neutral, separately scoped Field Learning Continuity support where material access, connectivity, or minimum-continuity gaps are identified.
AHDÜM does not currently provide accreditation, certification, public benchmarking, institutional ranking, or regulatory approval.
